AS A TRUSTEE:
If you have an interest in helping to manage the delivery and development of our charity and its associated organisations, being a Trustee may be the role for you/
Our boards of Trustees are active participants in the success of the organisation which means that we ask for your time not only at management committee meetings (2 hours once a month on a Wednesday evening), but also to develop other aspects of the organisations’ work.
You may have an interest in supporting staff (and expertise in human resources) or you may have an interest in helping out with fundraising (and expertise in generating income) or you may have an interest or expertise in any aspect of issues affecting women.
The main attributes you need are:
– Enthusiasm for what we are doing
– Commitment to give your time
– Willingness to roll your sleeves up and contribute
